If you’re a current TCN coaching client, coach, or GO MC leadership, you’re eligible to receive a monthly referral bonus when your referral signs up for one of our qualifying coaching programs.

Referral Bonus Applies to:

• Catalyst/Peak Coaching
• Elite Performance/Summit Coaching
• Strategic Executive Coaching/Executive Coaching

Bonus Amounts:

• Catalyst: $25/month (starting the second month of paid coaching)
• Elite Performance & Strategic Executive Coaching: $50/month (starting the second month of paid coaching)

Bonus Terms:

1. There’s no cap on how many people you can refer—or how much you can earn.
2. Referral bonuses are paid monthly (after TCN receives the client’s payment).
3. Bonuses continue as long as:
   1. Both you and your referral are active coaching clients with TCN, OR
   2. You (the referrer) are employed as a market center paid staff member at a GO Market Center, and your referral candidate remains an active coaching client with The Coaching Nexus.
