Nottingham Playhouse have a limited number of bursaries to offer to individuals who might otherwise not be able to take part in our participation programmes and activities because of their financial situation. We offer two kinds of bursaries, a 50% bursary for people who are able to meet some of the cost but not the whole cost of a programme, and a full bursary for people who are not able to meet any of the cost of a programme.
To apply for a bursary:
- You must be in receipt of government benefits that support low income individuals/families, be eligible for pupil premium or can explain why you need a bursary.
- You must have an eagerness to engage in sessions. Missing more than 3 sessions without notice will result in us reviewing your place on the course.
- You must live in the East Midlands.
Bursary applications for weekly groups will be reviewed and allocated as the term goes on general sale, if all bursaries for that programme have been taken we will no longer accept bursaries for that programme, if there are still remaining bursaries they will be reviewed and allocated every 2 weeks. Bursary applications for one-off events will be reviewed in a suitable time frame.
We are more than happy to help, if you need any assistance filling out this form please contact participation@nottinghamplayhouse.co.uk or pop in to Box Office.
