    Applications are accepted through March 21, 2024 or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. We reserve the right to refuse any application. There will be indoor and outdoor spaces available.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Booth Specifics:

    Vendors, are responsible for all of your own tables, chairs, extension cords & tents set ups. There are multiple locations planned. The Riverside ballroom which is inside The Falconwood. The Terrace which is the covered patio attached to the building that is enclosed with state of the art solar screens that shield from wind and rain and it holds heat. The V'Randa Restaurant will also accommodate vendor spaces. There are LIMITED 10x10 spaces outside at the front of the building and on the patios on either side of the building that would have a concrete foundation. All vendors are asked to promote the event on social media and any other marketing outlets that will add to our success including email blasts, fliers, posters etc.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before February 8, 2024. A cancellation received before March 8th,2024 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after March 9th, 2024.
