Contest Rules and Requirements

To be eligible for the contest, students must:
- Be of high school age and be enrolled as a freshman, sophomore, or junior in the 2024/25 school year.
- Submit the completed application by 5:00 PM on January 20, 2025.
- Access to a personal cell phone while traveling. This will require all students to bring their own, active, cellular device on the trip.
- Acquire a state-issued ID by May 1, 2025, in order to travel. This is for Identification guidelines required by the Transportation Security Administration, TSA. (Youth Tour Only)

Application Procedures (Youth Tour)

Applications will be considered when the following information has been received by Trinity Valley Electric Co-Op:
- Completed Application
- Completed Contest Essay Question (submitted digitally)
The Youth Tour Committee reserves the right to request verification of all information provided by the applicant, if deemed necessary.

All information received by the Youth Tour Committee is strictly confidential. Applications must be complete with all attachments required included. Incomplete applications will be disqualified. Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on January 20, 2025. No late applications will be accepted. Applications are judged by an independent panel of judges.

The trip will take place on June 15-23, 2025. Applicants must obtain a state-issued ID to be obtained by May 1, 2025, in order to travel.

The ETREYS Committee reserves the right to request verification of all information provided by the applicant, if deemed necessary.

Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on January 20, 2025. No late applications will be accepted. Applications are judged by an independent panel of judges.

The trip will take place on June 9-13, 2025.
