The following information is to be filled out based on those in your cabin ONLY and rates are per person based on double occupancy. Fare includes food, snacks, Buffet Fountain drinks, Fountain water, Drinks Package, and all entertainment - you need never leave the ship!! :-)

 

There will be additional costs for some Specialty Dining, and Excursions, but these are completely optional

 

NOTE: It is important that the guest's full name on the cruise ticket be the same as the guest's non-expired government-issued photo ID they plan to use for travel identification.

Payment Details are as follows:

• Deposit of $25o.00 per person in the cabin is due at the time of booking
• Final Payment due March 2nd, 2024

All payments are processed by me directly to Royal Caribbean Cruise.  A credit card form link will be emailed to the email address on file for you to securely enter your credit card information.

Please keep in mind that you can pay as much or as often as you like but the remaining balance will be due on the final due date no exceptions.

 

An Insurance Travel Protect Plan is recommended but optional, so please reply to let me know if you would like to add insurance to your vacation package. I will forward the Insurance Request / Decline form via another email after you book your cruise.

 

Cancellation Policy (Required)

cancellations must be received in writing and receipt acknowledged by MSC Cruises. If you do not receive a written acknowledgment from MSC Cruises, it means your notice of cancellation was not received. Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to the sailing date will receive a full refund.
Within 90 days of sailing cancellation charges will apply as outlined below:

• Reservations cancelled from 89 to 61 days prior to sailing – March 5, 2024 – April 2, 2024, the cancellation charge is equal to the deposit amount.
• Reservations cancelled from 60 to 46 days prior to sailing – April 3, 2024 – April 17, 2024, the cancellation charge is equal to 50% of the total fares, excluding taxes.
• Reservations cancelled from 45 to 16 days prior to sailing – April 18, 2024 – May 17, 2024, the cancellation charge is equal to 75% of the total fares, excluding taxes.
• Reservations cancelled 15 days or less prior to sailing – May 18, 2024 the cancellation charge is equal to 100% of the total fares, excluding taxes.
• No refund will be permitted if a guest terminates his/her cruise after embarkation or while the cruise is in progress. Cruise contracts are non – non-transferable. Name changes and cruise date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.

Cancellation charges are assessed on the total fares, which include cruise fare, air add-on, hotel packages, and any other additional service arranged through MSC Cruises.

Name changes are considered cancelations and are subject to penalty fees.
• A one-time name change fee of $ 75.00 will apply for any name change that is made between 89 – 1 day(s) prior to sailing.
• Only one name change is permitted per stateroom, should both guests need to be changed, this will be considered a cancelation as per the cancelation terms and conditions.
