I understand that adding a pet to my household can be a 10-15 year commitment, my lifestyle and finances will allow me to provide the time, patience and all expenses this dog will need.

If I am adopting a puppy, I understand that Forever Fido does not do pediatric spays/neuters and that there is a $100 spay/neuter deposit (on top of the adoption fee) that I need to pay upon adoption.
