This form is designed to initiate the Security Deposit return process by:
- Documenting any deductions being made to the Security Deposit
- Provide backup to the deductions for compliance purposes
- Provide proof of any authorizations to the return calculation if required per regional compliance
- Send notifications of the deductions and total Security Deposit to be returned to any necessary parties per regional compliance requirements

A request for the return payment method for the tenant will be included in the Return Statement Notification sent to the recipient/s you provide in the section below.
Return Statement Notifications
Enter any recipients you would like to receive notification of the Security Deposit return and calculation (ie. tenant / tenant's agent).
