A resident is defined as a person who has a physical residential address within the City limits; or an owner of property within the City limits.

Once you have located your address on the map, you must provide documentation to prove your residency via one of the options below:
Option A: A valid government issued identification card, ex. Texas Driver’s License or ID with a city of Conroe address.
OR
Option B: A valid government issued identification card with one of the following utility bills in your name:
- Gas & Electric bill
- Water bill
OR
Option C: A valid government issued identification card with a Tax assessment showing City of Conroe property ownership.
The following are not accepted to prove residency:
- Post Office boxes
- Telephone or Cellular Phone bills
- Lease Agreements
Non-resident registration or unverified residents must wait until the resident registration window has passed in order to register.
Please include all household members names and dates of birth. Any adults over the age of 18 must submit their proof of residency for this household address. If including another adult in the household, please upload a photo of their ID as well.
