Our Policy
Mastermind Education Consulting is registered in Singapore with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), UEN 53468073M. We are located at 20 Anson Road #11-01, One&Co at TWENTY ANSON, Singapore 079912.
Lessons
Our lessons are conducted at the above address, in person and in a one-to-one setting. Virtual sessions may be facilitated on a case-by-case basis to accommodate circumstances such as travel, relocation, or a local/global health crisis. Lessons are booked, rescheduled or cancelled electronically using the relevant scheduling platform. We may arrange group sessions occasionally for students to develop confidence by engaging in speaking activities in a social setting.
Anti-discrimination
We are committed to a policy of equal treatment for all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender, handicap, age, religion, sexual orientation, or national or ethnic origin.
Cancellation of Agreement
This agreement may be cancelled by either party with adequate notice. If I decide to unenroll I must do so in writing by emailing my instructor 14 days in advance.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days after cancellation. Sessions attended previously will be calculated at $90 SGD per session.
Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with regard to the subject matter thereof and the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained herein. Any alteration to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Where the student is a legal minor, the parent/guardian shall enter into this coaching contract on behalf of the student and shall accept and agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein on behalf of the student.
