In-kind donation requests are accepted throughout the year from Iowa & Nebraska 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event or the fundraiser. Please do not apply if the donation request is within 30 days.
We require all requesting organizations to have 501(c)(3) status. All donations must be picked up at the requesting location within two weeks of notification that they are ready.
Big Grove does not donate to personal fundraisers, political or religious organizations. Donation requests for teams, athletics, bands, are often declined to help us more fully support 501(c)(3) cause-related efforts.

Donations are coordinated for local pickup at one of our locations in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Iowa City, Omaha, or Solon.
