2025/26 BCSPL Match Change Request Form

As per the BCSPL Operations Manual, no match changes will be accepted within twenty (20) days of a scheduled match, unless approved by the BCSPL General Manager and accepted by both teams. A written confirmation (email) from the opposing club agreeing to the new match date/time must be provided to the BCSPL General Manager in addition to the Match Change Request Form. Approved match changes with new dates are subject to a fee of $35.00 to the Club initiating the change request.
