  • *ONLY ONE EVENT PER FORM!*

    If your organization needs rooms for multiple events, please submit a form for each individual event. Do not include dates for multiple events on a single form, unless your event is part of a series.

    If you have a single event series, you can use one form and select the dates of the event within that series. For example, if you are requesting a room for a summer session art class, you would use one form and select the dates your class will occupy a room for that series.

    If your event takes place on a monthly basis, please do not use this form. Please go back to out room request webpage and complete the monthly room request form.

    Please note: FPCE events take precedence in ALL cases where scheduling cannot accommodate both church and outside user needs. FPCE retains the right to cancel any scheduled facility use, if those facilities are deemed necessary for the church to carry out its ministry. Therefore, ALL events will be scheduled around FPCE events, rehearsals and services.

  • Room(s) Needed (Room rates listed include four hours of use time. Each additional hour is $50/hr regardless of room reserved)*
  • Do you need an A/V facilitator? An A/V Facilitator fee of $50 applies for use of our audio-visual equipment including microphone set up, video assistance, and livestream monitoring. The charge moves to an additional $50/hour after four hours.*

  • Does your event require extra custodial fees? An extra custodial fees of $50 applies to any event outside of normal business hours (9am to 5pm) requiring set up/clean/tear down or events late on Saturday due to needed clean up before worship on Sunday.*
  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance is REQUIRED for ALL groups approved to hold an event here at First Presbyterian Church of Everett. Does your group have a certificate on file??*
