Congratulations on your special day and thank you for choosing Corina at Complexions to help celebrate your special day!

You are ready to set up your makeup appointments and we are ready to assist you! The purpose of this agreement is to gather information from you in order for services to be rendered for a single person or party along with the name(s) of those responsible for services provided by Corina at Complexions Beauty Bar. This agreement must be completed and returned before the services will be scheduled and the time will be reserved. All bookings are on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and a deposit to secure them.

Special Information for the Bride, Quincenera, Party on the Event Day
• Arrive for your services on time if you are selecting in salon services.

• Please make sure to be ready to start makeup at the time of your appointment so that we don't fall behind schedule.

• I encourage you to cleanse and exfoliate your face the night before your event. As well as cleanse your face the morning of your event. This will ensure a clean and smooth surface so that your makeup application is flawless. Consider bringing your own skincare if you have allergies

(eg. moisturiser and a cleanser)

• Make sure you know exactly what you want as far as the makeup look. If we had a previous trial run, I will have an idea and we will also go over final details. If you aren’t sure of what looks best, please let me know as I will know what suits you best and I will make your best features POP.

• Please make sure your outfit is thought out. BRIDES • White clothing pieces, like robes, gowns, tank tops, etc. are preferred to match the the white wedding esthetic.

QUINCENERAS • Clothing to match your color scheme of your event.
You are welcome to wear jewelry and a head piece or any other accessory that you’d like. It makes it look well thought out and put together 👰🏽‍♀️

• If you have booked your party for makeup, I encourage you to have a set makeup look so that everyones makeup looks are cohesive. I can always make it more simple or vamp it up to everyone’s needs.

We would be honored to have your permission to take pictures (for the purpose of advertising) of you and your wedding party’s makeup on your wedding day.
Trials for Bride or Quinceañera
BRIDES • We highly recommend a trial to be scheduled at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding day.

The trial can be scheduledonline at complexionsbeautybarr.com under "Consultation-Complexion".

When you come in for your practice, we recommend that you bring

• Your headpiece

• Pictures of makeup that you like

• A picture of your dress

• A WHITE or BLACK top (robe, tank, blouse) 👰🏽‍♀️

Gift Certificates
Complexions Beauty Bar offers gift certificates for services in various dollar amounts. Our gift certificates are a very nice way to say thank you to the members of your party.
Credit Card

Information in order to guarantee your appointment times, our booking site requires a valid credit card when booking your appointments. Please understand that you are guaranteeing all of your parties’ appointments, not just your own.
Please be aware that this contract requires a credit card to reserve all of your appointments. The complete cost of all bridal party services will be figured upon the information you provide on this Contract.

Prices are subject to change as you or your guests may change their styling needs.
No charges will be made to your credit card until services are performed. However, we do require two weeks (7 days) advance notice cancellation policy for parties 4+. In the event that an appointment is canceled less than one week (7 days) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for ALL (100%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. If it is for a singular person in your party, you are still responsible for paying the full service amount. In the event that an appointment is canceled from 7 days to 10 days prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. Payment for all services is due the day of services. Each guest may pay individually, or you may elect to pay Via Card or Cash for the whole party. Please note below how you will be paying. All Credit Card information will be used for this event only.

Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to wedding date. Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of to 7 days before the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service(s) scheduled. It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day!

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our MUA and other clients.
