TIER 1: Coaching and one-on-one support
NAMD is seeking former Medicaid Directors who can provide current Medicaid Directors and their senior leadership team with just-in-time program management and leadership support. This is intended to be strategic, light-touch engagement with Medicaid Directors or other senior leaders in Medicaid programs. Former Medicaid Directors are well positioned to provide this type of one-on-one coaching and guidance, given their lived experience in Medicaid programs. NAMD is only seeking Tier 1 proposals from experts willing to provide in-kind coaching and one-on-one support.
