Form Completion Instructions
IMPORTANT: Please read these instructions carefully before completing this form.
• Report shipments to or within the U.S. of all models certified under your ENERGY STAR partnership.
• To ensure no double counting occurs, do not report shipments of products certified under another company’s partnership, even if you are the Original Equipment Manufacturer of those products. As a reminder, any product sold under a brand name your company owns or licenses must be certified under your ENERGY STAR partnership.
*Do not include ENERGY STAR certified units shipped to the wrong climate zone (a zone the unit is not certified for) in the ENERGY STAR U.S. unit shipment count.
**To ensure EPA's market penetration calculations are accurate, EPA requests that you provide your total U.S. shipments (ENERGY STAR certified products plus non-ENERGY STAR products) for Calendar Year 2024 to inform the aggregated industry total. The U.S. shipments are for residential products that fall within the general scope of the product specification but may not meet the ENERGY STAR performance criteria (e.g. windows that could meet the building code in a U.S. home).
Product Type definitions are available in the Program Requirements at www.energystar.gov/specifications.
The Windows, Doors, and Skylights Climate Zone Finder is available at www.energystar.gov/products.
If you had shipped ENERGY STAR Most Efficient products this year, but do not see the table to report these numbers, please email unitshipmentdata@energystar.gov.
Please review the data prior to submitting your ENERGY STAR calendar year 2024 Windows, Doors, and Skylights Shipment Data to EPA via ICF. Do not submit here if you have already submitted to WDMA and FGIA.
After reviewing your data on the next page you must click the “submit” button. You will receive an email from noreply@jotform.com with a copy of your submission. If you do not receive an email, you may have not pressed the final “submit” button.
