Race Wrap Information Please Read This Form Completely!

Once this form is fully filled out, we will send you an invoice with the email you provide for the $200 deposit. Once we get the deposit we will start the artwork process. The $200 deposit is taken off the final wrap price.

Please be advised that we are around 4 - 6 weeks out on proofs.  Neon Ink is doing their best to stay in that timeframe.

Please be sure to make your $200 deposit to secure your place on the proof list. 
NO DEPOSIT = NO PROOF   No Exceptions!

We will allow ONE Design with up to

3 revisions on all jobs.  So, DOUBLE check spelling, sponsors, & placements!!!

More than this will create longer lead times & EXTRA FEES for revisions after 3 updates!

We will produce the job once artwork is approved & all measurements required are sent.

Payment is expected in full once art is approved.

If we are shipping the wrap out to you,

payment is required before shipping.

If we are installing your wrap at Neon Ink, please have the body prepped for wrapping.

-NO Dirty Cars. Please make sure that the car is clean.  No mud or thick dust please.  We understand if it is raining on your way here and you have an open trailer...obviously it will be dirty from your travels.  And the same goes for light dust from traveling down your gravel road with your trailer.  There WILL be a charge if we have to wash it for you.

- New Panels? Remove the plastic from them a MINIMUM of 24 hours prior to install

- Nose cone painted? Please be sure you have prepped and painted it correctly so the paint adheres well and will not flake off.

-Rough Metal Edges? Please make sure to grind/sand any rough or sharp metal edges for the overall quality look of your car and safety of our staff.

-Used Body from Last Year? Just have the old body damage straightened as much as possible.
