EVENT DAY PROCEDURES:
The vendor is required to provide all necessary items to set up their booth/table. It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the day event. Non-compliance will force Camp Piankatank to exclude the offending vendor from future events.
SET UP: Come at your chosen time. Each vendor will have a 10x10 spot without shade in a grassy area close to all of the activities.
EVENT: Saturday, October 28th from 10:00am to 4:00pm
MAKE-UP: We will not have a rain plan. Do to the nature of the event if it rains we will refund vendors their full amount.
CLEAN UP: Saturday at 4:00pm. Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.The vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest. NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE. By filling out this form, you are agreeing to all of the above rules as a general contract.
Optional PAYMENT: optional $75 which includes, 2 lunch vouchers and to be a sponsor of the event.
