Dunkin Installation Completion Form

Prior to beginning your Dunkin' drink calibrations be sure to have the following items ready as they will be needed to succesfully complete the calibrations:

• Dunkin' Regular & Decaf Coffee (in proper hoppers)
• Dunkin' Hot Coffee Paper Cups (S,M,L)
• Dunkin' Iced Coffee Plastic Cups (S,M,L)
• Digital Scale (gram weight needed)

Once you have these supplies ready please follow the steps in order below. For assistance, please utilize our online Dunkin Install Guide video which gives a live demonstration of the following steps:  

Once calibration is completed, be sure to record the "Water Quantity" ticks amount from the Medium Espresso Calibration which will be used in the following steps. 

Once calibration is completed, be sure to record the "Water Quantity" ticks amount from the SMALL Espresso Calibration which will be used in the following steps. 

NOTE:

LARGE Espresso specs are identical to SMALL as shot cycle is run twice for LARGE drinks, so be ready to enter the identical number of ticks for "Water Quantity" on the LARGE drinks as you did for the SMALL drinks. 

NOTE:

All Iced drink calibrations should be completed WITH ICE in the cup during testing. Please fill each cup all the way to the top of the cup with ice for each drink test.

For Iced Americano test be sure to test on the main screen with Regular coffee and 0 added shots.  

IMPORTANT:

If the Telemetry connection is unable to connect and or the site is not ready, please still leave the telemetry setting in the machine toggled to "ON" so that when a connection is established the unit will automatically register.
