All custom units are created from the customer's unique head size so proper head measurements are MANDATORY.
There is a photo of how to take head measurements under each custom unit listing. Also, you can refer to YouTube for more in-depth details.
Because these units are created to fit a unique head size they are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you have not already included these details in your purchase, after purchase we will reach out to you via email for your head measurements.
