PLEASE NOTE: SUBMITTING THIS FORM DOES NOT MEAN YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM AND BOOK YOUR STAY.

All visitors are expected to uphold our community guidelines, and respect our facilities. Visitors are required to sign some agreements before coming to Lost Valley including…

• Waiver of Liability & Release Form
• Site Rules and Guidelines for Visitors
• Pet Policy (for those with pets)

Any visitor found in violation of our rules and guidelines may be asked to leave immediately.

• Visitors are not permitted to stay longer than 7 days. (Extensions require community approval)
• First time visitors are required to also register for a tour on the first day of their stay in order to receive an orientation to the property, and community facilities.
• Visitors will receive access to our community calendar.
• Visitors are typically welcome to observe our scheduled meetings.
• Visitors may participate in our community meals September - May. (Please bring cash to tip the cook).
• Visitors may purchase meals from our kitchen June - August.
• Visitors are encouraged to participate in our land and garden work parties.
• Visitors will be given fridge space and pantry space to be able to cook in our shared kitchens.
• All questions and concerns should be brought to the visitor coordinator. (contact: visit@lostvalley.org)
• If you are a personal guest of a current resident please email visit@lostvalley.org to book your stay.

 

Accommodation Pricing Tiers

As a 501(c)3 environmental non-profit education center we are deeply committed to the work that we do! For decades, our stewards, staff and teachers have worked well below market rate and volunteered countless hours of community service, including organizing and hosting our education courses, to further our vision and mission of bringing us all into deeper relationship with one another and the more-than-human world. We our honored to support those with limited financial resources in accessing the unique educational opportunities we offer here at Lost Valley. As the economy shifts and our expenses increase, we are hopeful that those who have the means will help move our non-profit to a place of greater economic abundance, so we can meet our most basic needs and continue to invest in the upkeep of critical infrastructure and accessible education for our greater community.

Tent Camping (Provide your own camping gear)

• Community Supported: $15 per night
• Community Sustaining: $30 per night
• Community Regenerative: $45 per night

Car Camping

• Community Supported: $15 per night
• Community Sustaining: $30 per night
• Community Regenerative: $45 per night

RV/Van Site (limited availability)

• Community Supported $20 per night
• Community Sustaining: $40 per night
• Community Regenenerative: $60 per night

Single Occupancy Dorm Room 

• Community Supported: $45 per night
• Community Sustaining: $65 per night
• Community Regenenerative: $85 per night

Couples Dorm Room (limited availability)

• Community Supported: $50 per night
• Community Sustaining: $70 per night
• Community Regenenerative: $90 per night

4 Person Occupancy Dorm Room  (limited availability)

• Community Supported: $60 per night
• Community Sustaining: $80 per night
• Community Regenerative: $100 per night

 

When requesting dates, please try to give us at least 48hr notice, and please be aware that we do not check emails on the weekends. If you are passing through and would like to come visit on short notice, try texting our visitor coordinator at 279-732-6266. Very likely we won't be able to arrange an overnight visit, but there is a possiblitly we could arrange a tour.
