  • Boxing Australia is committed to treating complaints and grievances regarding our business operations, services, programs, and clubs seriously. We aim to address all complaints quickly and appropriately. Our complaints process is also used to review our operations and learn where we need to improve how we do things.

    • IMPORTANT NOTE - As per clause 6.1 of the BAL Participant Protection Regulation - If a complaint relates to behaviour or an incident that occurred at the State or Territory level, or involves people operating at the State or Territory level, then the complaint should be reported to and handled by the relevant Member Association's PPIO in the first instance.

      Please ensure you have read the relevant Boxing Australia's Regulations found on BAL website, before progressing with a formal complaint.
