TIER 2: Skills building trainings
NAMD’s Skill Building Trainings are highly interactive and practical adult learning experiences to help Medicaid leaders gain or strengthen the skills needed to succeed. These trainings support Medicaid leaders in a variety of senior leadership roles and functions, such as Medicaid Directors, financial leaders, policy professionals, operations leaders, chiefs of staff, and other core roles. All trainings, focus on the skills that are uniquely applied in Medicaid and content is delivered through the Medicaid-specific lens (as opposed to a generic set of skills). This ensures the learnings are applicable to the unique realities of working in a Medicaid program. NAMD is seeking to contract with consultants who can design and deliver Skill Building Trainings at three levels of rigor, intensity, and depth; Master Class, Deep Dive, or Learning Labs. Consultants will be responsible for planning the content in partnership with NAMD staff, developing accompanying materials and tools, delivering the training, and participating in follow-up (as appropriate). Complete the form below by 5:00 p.m. ET on October 9, 2023,to be considered.
