Sponsor Information Form 2025-2026

Thank you for your generous support of Southern Delaware Chorale. Your contribution helps make it possible for us to present a variety of choral performances to our community throughout the year.

Please submit a Program Sponsorship Message (PSM) entry electronically in the form below. This is the preferred method for submissions.

If you are unable to make your donation using this form, please visit our website and scroll to "MAIL & IN-PERSON DELIVERY DONation / SPONSORship FORM" to download a PDF form that you can submit via the following methods:

Choice 1: Through a SDC Member

Give a printed copy of your PSM or business card and a printed request form to your SDC contact.

Choice 2: By Email

Send a completed copy of the form via e-mail to Gabrielle at sdchoralecomm@gmail.com. The subject line should read “Program Sponsorship”. The e-mail should specify 1) the name used in the PSM (e.g., Marty’s Pizza) and 2) the size of the PSM. (The height and width of the PSM’s printed image --without its margins-- should be as close as possible to those of the PSM Size that you selected in your request form.)

If you have a text-only PSM, attach it to your e-mail as a plain text file or a Microsoft Word file.
If you have a professionally-prepared print-ready file containing your PSM, attach the file to your e-mail. Do the same with any separate files containing a logo and/or artwork that appear in your PSM.
If you have a high quality printout of your PSM, you may copy or scan it to a high
resolution (at least 300 dots per inch) TIF, JPG or PDF file and attach that file to your e-mail.

Choice 3: By Mail

Mail a printed copy of your PSM and a completed form to Southern Delaware Chorale PO Box 444 Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.

Sponsors can use the following guidelines for inclusion of a PSM in our seasonal programs.

Recommended image resolution - 300 dpi (high res)
Recommended formats - PDF, TIF, PNG, JPG.
Accepted image, graphic, and copy content includes your logo, slogan, or congratulatory/personal message,location, telephone numbers, list of goods and services, hours of operation, and website address.
Please refrain from messages that contain qualitative or comparative language, price information or other indications of value, endorsements, or inducements to buy, sell or use your products or services (if applicable).

Printing Deadlines: PSMs with payment must be received by November 7, 2025 in order to appear in the December 2025 program book. The deadline for the February 2026 concert is December 15. The deadline for the May 2026 concert is April 15.
