  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Applications are accepted through December 1, 2023 or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Power is not available for all booths. Vendors cannot sell concession type food (to be consumed on site). We will have a food truck for this type of food. To inhibit excessive duplication of similar products, we would like at least three photographs of your items. They can be emailed to northsidemidwaypto@gmail.com Please send signed application and payment by mail to the following; Payments may be sent via check made out to: Northside Elementary PTO.   • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Sales Tax:

    Kentucky Sales Tax is 6%.
  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion any part of their space. Please NO radios or sound systems allowed in booths
  • Cancellation Policy:

    No refunds will be given for cancellation requests. However, we do know that things happen. If possible, if a vendor needs to cancel, we ask that you give us a 48 hour notice so that hopefully we can fill the spot.

    If possible, we would like each vendor to please donate an item for our silent auction. All proceeds from the silent auction go to helping us support the students and teachers of Northside Elementary School. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
