Items to be stored must be measured from the very front to the very back. For example, a boat on a trailer must be measured from the front of the trailer hitch to the back with the motor up. Items stored will be measured by a HCAS representative the day of move in. If the correct measurement is not listed the credit card on file will be charged for the extra length.

Rv's and 5th wheels must park themselves with guidance from a HCAS representative.

Rates: $2.00 (plus tax) a lineal foot per month plus a one-time caretaker's fee (plus tax) per unit. Move-in day is October 28, 2023 from 9am to noon. Move-out day is March 30, 2024 for a total of Five (5) months storage. Payment in full for all Five months plus the caretaker fee is due upfront. No proration of any month. A late fee of $25 per day will be added for every day the unit remains on the fairgrounds after April 3, 2024. Cash, check, credit card accepted. A 3.5% processing fee will be added for credit card payments.

Due to the events of the eclipse, any stored item will be towed if property is not removed by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3rd.

A valid credit card must be always on file during the winter storage months. No Exceptions.

Fair personnel may move property as needed. Must leave access and ignition keys with HCAS for all motorhomes and vehicles. All batteries must be disconnected. All propane tanks must be removed.

No padlocks on hitches. If the unit has a motor in it, a drip pan or plastic must be placed under the motor by the owner in the event there is a leak. A $35 charge will be assessed for any unit that has fluid on the floor.

Ownership This statement certifies that I am the owner of the watercraft(s) and/or I am storing at the fairgrounds located in Findlay, Ohio with the Hancock County Ag (HCAS)*

Insurance I certify that I currently have, and during the entire time of storage will have to cover any damages including fire, theft, and vandalism, to my watercraft, camper, /or vehicle, and to cover my liability for any damages to others or their property arising any use of such items. The Renter shall expressively waive his right and his insurance right of subrogation.*

Damages I hold harmless the Hancock County Ag Society and its agents, officers, directors and volunteers from all actions, claims, liabilities and assertions of liability property damage which in any manner arise are alleged to arise from any and all connected directly or proximately with the storage of my watercraft and/or vehicle the HCAS.*

Storage IN & OUT Dates Subject To Change: I acknowledge that the storage IN date and storage OUT may change due to unforseen circumstances.*
