The Baldwin County Certified Specialist program was created to elevate the knowledge of REALTOR® members to be the first resource for consumers looking to buy and sell in Baldwin County. BCCS is an elite status for members to sell themselves as the expert in Resort, Eastern Shore, or Rural properties in Baldwin County. There will be prime placement for those who have the certification on our website, setting them apart from the average REALTOR®.

    1. Apply for the program

You will be notified of your acceptance into the BCCS Advanced Professional program the week before the next round of courses, Feb. 5-7, 2024. You must have a total of 51 points of all activities below; calculate your points here.

    2. Take 5 Advanced Professional Courses

Pay $210 for all 5 courses to be taken all at once or anytime when offered.
You will take 3 in-class courses and complete 2 online/video courses. All 5 courses must
be completed within 6 months from your first course or you must start the application/
    payment process over.

    3. Receive certification

Once all five courses are completed, you will be awarded your Baldwin County Certified
Specialist certification. With your certification, you will receive a certificate and a file with logos for you to use in your marketing.

Failure to submit a completed application with documentation will result in delay of program acceptance.
