Mortgage Loan Originator Position:

- Build new relationships and grow existing relationships with clients

- Stay up to date with mortgage industry-related news, trends, technology, products, and services
- Close deals. Yeah, that’s a given.

Qualifications:
- An outgoing personality is crucial. We need someone confident in their communication skills. But we don’t just want a good talker, we need a good listener as well.
- Customer service and sales experience is a plus
- Being tech savvy is also a plus, but as long as you’re a quick learner and willing to put in the work, you will do great.
- We need problem solvers -- sales in a nutshell is encountering a problem, then finding a solution to that problem. If you can do that, you have what it takes to exceed.
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Being bilingual is always a plus - but not required.
