    Please fill in the form below to cancel your in-house gym membership with us. Our team will be in contact with you shortly (within the next business day) to confirm your cancellation has been processed.

     Before we continue, a friendly reminder:

    - Members who have met their minimum term contract date, will only need to provide two-weeks' notice to cancelling their membership.

    - Members who are outside their minimum term date, will need to pay 50% of what is owing up until that date.

    At the end of the form, there is a series of short questions that will reflect your experience with us; what you enjoyed/didn't enjoy so much. We appreciate any kind of feedback you are able to provide, in hope that we can apply these suggestions to the future of our Club.
