Youth Focus Mental Notes Request Form Logo
  • Mental Notes Request Form

  • Youth Focus’ award winning Mental Notes program was developed in 2012 to increase awareness of youth mental health and build skills and confidence to prevent youth suicide.

Since then, we have presented to more than 35,000 young Western Australians and the people who support them.

    WE TALK ABOUT
    • Why taking care of your mental health is so important,
      particularly for young people
    • Recognising the signs of good (and not so good) mental health
    • Feeling confident to help ourselves and others
Mental health supports that are available in our community

We understand that you may not have all the information asked below. Please provide as much detail as possible to support us to respond to your request quickly.

  • The Mental Notes programs are designed to be delivered together. This enables the whole community to benefit from increased mental health awareness and confidence to support the young people we care about.

We recommend booking carer and parent sessions prior to young people sessions. This ensures that the young people have an informed support network in place to reinforce learnings and respond to help-seeking as needed.

We can deliver multiple sessions within a day, with approximately 30 participants per session.
