Internship Project

The internship may involve working on and completing a service development project. Listed below are some project ideas that have been identified by Sargood on Collaroy staff; please indicate which, if any, of these match your interests and skills. A space is also allocated for your own project idea(s).
Guest feedback - perform an analysis of the guest feedback system to ensure we are gaining maximum benefit, recommend improvements, and implement changes as needed.Workflow automations - review our work systems and identify opportunities to automate tedious manual processes. May require programming skills.Service offerings for people with tetraplegia - identify opportunities to expand our recreational activities and workshops for people with high level tetraplegiaEquipment expo - set up and facilitate an equipment expo (like a mini ATSA expo) at Sargood on CollaroyWelcome pack - review the information provided to guests on arrival and make improvementsMarketing - work with our marketing team to generate content and participate in social mediaWorkshops/courses - create a new course or workshop, get it up and running and make it sustainableDemonstration equipment - explore and acquire new products on the market that should be available for demonstrationAfter hours activities - work with our guest attendants to develop an after hours program for guest entertainmentOther (your idea(s))
Accommodation Support

Financial support for accommodation is available to applicants if daily travel to be on-site at Sargood on Collaroy would be too difficult.

NB: accommodation will need to be sourced at nearby venues, will not be at Sargood on Collaroy, and will need to factor in personal care requirements, if any.
