Vendor Rules & Regulations
Vendors will receive an email from svdpcraftshow@gmail.com confirming your registration once we receive a copy of this form. In this confirmation email, vendors will receive a promotional flyer which should be used to help advertise for the event.
There will be a fee of $25 per table and a minimum $10 donation towards raffle prizes. This donation will be a physical item from your business. The table fee will be paid by etransfer no later than Nov. 2 to hold your table. All etransfer instructions will be sent in the confirmation email (so please ensure to reach out if you have not received an email within 3 days after completing this form). By sending payment you will reserve your table and all fees will be non-refundable. This transaction will also count as your signature and therefore will not be required on the morning of the 8th.
This event will be advertised within Strathroy and surrounding areas so vendors will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. MLM companies will be limited.
As a vendor, I understand that booth placement is predetermined by the organizers and upon registering on November 8th; I will be given my assigned location. Each vendor will be provided with one table approximately six feet in length. Each vendor is responsible for their own set up accessories, a table cloth will not be provided. Please ensure that all equipment (canopies, displays) are properly secured. Please communicate to us if you have side displays so we can accomodate space.
Vendors are asked not to park in our school parking lot. We have permission to park on the tarmac, at your own risk, surrounding the school (weather permitting i.e. snow). The side streets of Oak, Dell and Moffatt all have pathways leading to the school. There is limited parking on McKellar Street.
Vendors may arrive between 8:30 and 9am to register and may begin to set up. All booth set up must be completed by 9:45am. Doors will open promptly at 10am. Vendors will need to be present until the event is over at 2pm, which then will have until 3pm to clean up. Vendors will also need to have their donation items ready to be given immediately once they enter the doors to set up.
Any vendor under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the booth for the duration of the event.
All vendors are required to hold their own Insurance and all food vendors will have completed their own vendor form on the Middlesex Health Unit's website. All vendors are responsible for their own methods of payment.
The vendor agrees to not hold St. Vincent de Paul School and all representatives within, responsible of any liability, loss, or damage that may occur within the Craft Show.
