Hold Harmless Agreement

In Consideration of University City United Methodist Church making facilities or services available for the following activity(ies), event(s), gathering(s), and/or meeting(s), we the requesting organization and participant, hold UCUMC harmless and exonerated from any liability which might arise from the use of the premises, including, but not limited to the facility, parking lot, sidewalks, access and egress points, tools, and equipment. We further agree to be subject to all fees and regulations regarding the use of your facility and policies applicable to all services offered.
