I understand that any pets must be put up in order for a Maintenance Professional to enter my home to complete my request. I understand that I do not need to be home in order for the maintenance request to be completed. I understand that maintenance does not schedule appointments. Maintenance will not enter a home with any unaccompanied minors (anyone under the age of 18). I understand a 50.00 violation charge will be assessed if we are unable to gain access due to a dog or cat not being adequately put up, an unaccompanied minor being in the property, or being denied access to the property for any additional reasons. These rules apply to not only 333Rent's maintenance team but any contractors we may use to remedy the maintenance request.
