    PUPPY POWER I & II GROUP     CLASS
    Puppy Power I to begin Tuesday 09.17 @7pm

    Puppies from the ages of 12 weeks to 8 months can now participate in a structured environment that stimulates mental and emotional growth.  This a 5-week 1-hour group class that will provide you with a variety of tools that cultivate a more cooperative canine companion.  Puppies will enjoy:

    • Five (5) weekly training sessions with a certified training & behavior coach
    • 40 minutes of group puppy class instruction with Q&A
    • 20 minutes structured playtime with other age & size-appropriate puppies
    • Puppy sensory exploration and environmental exposure
    • Puppy training e-guide w/written resources & infographics
    • Puppy Power II covers the initial Core Cues under a variety of increased distractions & difficulties (must complete Puppy Power I class to enroll)

    PUPPY POWER SOCIALS

    Puppies from the ages of 12 weeks to 6 months can now participate in social exposure within a structured environment that stimulates mental and emotional growth.  This a one-time 1-hour group class that offers both puppy playtime and an introduction to multiple exercises that will launch your long-term training plan.  Puppies will enjoy:

    • 30 minutes of structured playtime with other age & size-appropriate puppies
    • 30 minutes of group puppy class instruction with Q&A
    • Puppy sensory exploration and environmental exposure
    • All participants receive 10% discount on Puppy Power I group class

    STYLIZED WORKSHOPS

    These bite-size one-time classes are perfect for owners looking for a quick jumpstart to their dog's training plan.  Rotating out specific topics, we address common concerns such as leash training, retrieving, tricks, AKC tests, and more!

    CULTURED CANINE I & II GROUP CLASS

    Dogs over the age of 9 months are welcome to participate! Teach your pup the Five Core Cues - Sit, Down, Stay, Come, and Place - while also developing a comprehensive understanding of body language, conditioned relaxation, and other key factors that support lifelong successful habits for your dog.  This course consists of a weekly 60-minute group training session for five (5) consecutive weeks.

    • Small Breeds (under 29lbs) @7pm Wednesday 09.11.24
    • Large Breeds (over 30lbs) TBD
    • Cultured Canine II covers the same Core Cues under a variety of increased difficulty & distractions (must complete Cultured Canine I class to enroll)

  • I,      , hereinafter referred to as "Owner" hereby retain Mallory Robinson of The Diligent Dog (dba TDD Custom Training LLC) hereinafter referred to as "Trainer" to train   , hereinafter referred to as "Dog."

    1. Trainer will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my Dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training instructions. However, I recognize that Trainer is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mallory Robinson and The Diligent Dog/TDD Custom Training LLC, as well as Dogtopia West of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under the instruction or control of The Diligent Dog, and under my own care as a result of following training instructions.

    2. I understand that my dog will be trained using primarily positive reinforcement methods. I also understand that although my dog will learn multiple behaviors, basic obedience, new routines, and management while in the care of The Diligent Dog, it is my responsibility to maintain and sustain this learning. I understand that dogs do not generalize well. I understand this means that the behaviors taught while in the care of The Diligent Dog will only be solidified through clear, calm and consistent repetition everyday with every person my dog encounters. Trainer recommends owners commit to continued education through reading, webinars, and private instruction for future training.

    3. I agree to forego the use of any tools, equipment, or training methods not directly approved by Trainer. I understand using conflicting tools, equipment, or training methods can create confusion and conflict for the dog, and may undermine the success of training being provided by Trainer. If it is found that the client is using tools, equipment, or methods not directly approved by Trainer, I understand it is grounds for termination of the contract, without refund.

    4. I understand due to the fluid nature of behavior development, no guarantees are made for my Dog's training period. I understand that it is up to the discretion of the Trainer to determine whether additional training time may be beneficial. By signing below, I agree that I have been given the opportunity to discuss this facet of learning prior to purchasing my Dog's training program.

    5. As a member in good standing with the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, I understand that Mallory Robinson is a purely positive reinforcement, LIFE / Least Inhibitive, Functionally Effective trainer and as such, adheres to the IAABC Code of Ethics which will be applied to all training programs.

    6. I agree to permit the use of mine and my Dog's images to be used in media such as pictures and video for the purpose of marketing and instructional material. In the event I do not agree, I will send a written statement to Trainer with my request to be excluded from media use.
