    Thank you so much for your interest in class, camps and teams at Northern Extreme Athletics! 

     

    Please make sure to check the box of the class you are enrolling, as well as selecting a quantity in the dropdown menu.  

     

    There will be a follow-up email sent.  The email will contain a link to our online waiver.  Please make sure that you have a current waiver on file prior to attending class. If you have completed a waiver in the last 12 months, you will not need to complete another.

     

    What to wear / bring:

    • Athletic Clothing.  Fitted tanks, t-shirts, sports bras, spandex, lined shorts, etc...no street wear, hoods or anything oversized.  
    • Please make sure shoes are not worn outside prior to class.
    • Please bring a water bottle.  We also have bottled water for sale on site.

This class focuses on mastering essential body shapes—like tuck, pike, and hollow—which are the secret to safe and powerful tumbling as they grow. In this class, your athlete will work on: Fundamental Skills: Forward and backward rolls, handstands, and the start of cartwheels. Body Control: Developing balance, coordination, and core strength through fun, age-appropriate drills.
