Please make sure to check the box of the class you are enrolling, as well as selecting a quantity in the dropdown menu.
There will be a follow-up email sent. The email will contain a link to our online waiver. Please make sure that you have a current waiver on file prior to attending class. If you have completed a waiver in the last 12 months, you will not need to complete another.

During May Spring Training, we dive right into our standard in-season practice style so you can experience exactly how our gym operates. Each
week includes five hours of high-energy training covering tumbling, stunting, jumps, baskets, motions, conditioning, and team building.
Spring Training is just $75 for two weeks, giving you a full 10 hours of training. If you're looking for even more gym time, we also offer additional
tumbling classes and private lessons.
We’ve split training into two specific sessions to ensure everyone is challenged:
Session 1: Designed for new athletes, Level 1 athletes and those working to master Level 2 skills.
Classes: 4:30-7:00 p.m. May 19, May 21, May 26 and May 28
Session 2: For athletes with solid Level 2 skills ready to push for Level 3
or higher.
Classes: 6:00-8:30 p.m. May 19, May 21, May 26 and May 28
Returning athletes will receive their session assignments directly from their coaches. For new athletes, we’ll chat about your experience and do a quick assessment to find the perfect fit for you!

Our Tumble Tots class is designed to burn off energy while building the fundamental "building blocks" of tumbling. This class focuses on mastering essential body shapes—like tuck, pike, and hollow—which are the secret to safe and powerful tumbling as they grow.
In this class, your athlete will work on:
Fundamental Skills: Forward and backward rolls, handstands, and the start of cartwheels.
Body Control: Developing balance, coordination, and core strength through fun, age-appropriate drills.
Listening & Logic: Learning how to follow a circuit, take turns, and follow coach instructions in a positive environment.
Master your Front and Back Walkover at Northern Extreme Athletics! This intensive, one-hour class is designed to help you nail your technique, improve flexibility, and gain the confidence to stick the landing every time.
Prerequisites:
To ensure everyone stays safe and makes the most of the session, athletes should already have:
A solid Bridge (pushed up with straight arms)
A controlled Handstand
A Back Bridge Kickover (or be very close to landing it!)
Ready to master that Back Handspring? Join us at Northern Extreme Athletics for a high-energy, 60-minute intensive designed to get you upside down with confidence.
Whether you're working on the power of your swing or perfecting your landing, our coaches provide the expert spotting and specialized drills you need to level up.
Prerequisites for Safety:
To ensure a safe and productive environment, all athletes must have mastered the following foundation skills before enrolling:
Solid Round-Off: Must demonstrate a strong rebound.
Backbend Kickover: Proficient execution required.
Foundational Skills: Mastery of cartwheels and front/back walkovers.
Strength & Flexibility: Recommended 60-second wall handstand and bridge with stacked shoulders.
Beginner Tumbling Classes | Ages 6+
Is your athlete ready to master the basics? Our Beginner Tumbling class is the perfect place to build a rock-solid foundation! We focus on more than just "doing the move"—we focus on the correct form and technique that makes future skills easy and safe.
What We’re Working On:
The Essentials: Perfecting body shapes (hollow, arch, tuck)
Flexibility & Strength: Strong bridges and bridge kickovers
The Fundamentals: Handstands, cartwheels, and powerful round-offs
Confidence: Learning to tumble with power and precision!
Master your Aerial at Northern Extreme Athletics! This specialized one-hour class focuses on the power, lift, and landing mechanics needed to ditch the hands and nail this impressive skill.
To ensure a safe and productive environment, athletes must already have:
A strong, consistent Cartwheel (with proper form)
A powerful One-Handed Cartwheel (both sides)
A solid Dive Cartwheel (demonstrating lift)
Strength, Flex & Jump Class | Northern Extreme Athletics
The secret to hitting those high-range scores isn't just in the tumbling—it’s in the power and precision behind every move! Our Strength, Flex & Jump class is specifically designed to help All Star athletes master the "details" that win championships.
What We’re Leveling Up:
💥 Explosive Jumps: Drills for higher toe touches, pikes, and hurdlers with snappy landings.
🤸 Super Flex: Targeted stretching to improve flyer lines, scorpions, and tumbling shapes.
💪 Total Strength: Core and leg conditioning to build the power needed for elite stunts and tumbling passes.
✨ Scoresheet Perfection: Focus on pointed toes, locked knees, and the "United Scoring" technique judges love.
Whether you're a base looking for more stability or a flyer working on your flexibility, this class is your secret weapon for the upcoming season!
Join our Advanced Tumbling Class at Northern Extreme Athletics! This high-energy, one-hour session is designed for athletes ready to master big air and elite twisting skills, including Tucks, Layouts, and Fulls.
This is an advanced-level class. To participate, athletes must consistently demonstrate:
A solid Round-off Back Handspring series (3+ with power)
A standing Back Handspring series
Our coaches will focus on elite technique, air awareness, and the strength needed to safely progress into layouts and twisting transitions.
