We seek a Full-Time Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist to support the firm’s staff accountants and our small business clients. The right candidate possesses a mindset that thinks proactively and analytically to spot accounting issues for our Clients. Our Clients rely on our expertise in providing timely and accurate financial statement preparation. We assist our business owner clients to maximize their profits and reduce their tax burden.
At Money Mastery LLC, you will work only with prospective and current Clients of our firm. Do the work you love without the headache of intense seasonality. We shoot for no more than 45 hours per week – even during tax season! We value your sanity, joy and peace of mind! Our goal is to level the playing field. Duties:
Maintain bank feeds in QuickBooks Online
Manage online banking & credit card transactions
Statement reconciliation
Loan amortizations
Payroll processing
Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Minimum Education & Experience:
Associate Degree in Accounting
3 years in public accounting
Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online with experience in business bookkeeping for multiple entities
Solid understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping principles for financial statement preparation
Experience using multiple cloud-based software, apps and mobile devices simultaneously
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email, text and telephone while adhering to standards for ethics and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Teams
