    Money Mastery LLC a full-service business advisory & tax firm located in the wonderful coastal community of Shallotte, NC in Brunswick County. Most accounting firms are stuffy.     We seek a Full-Time Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist to support the firm’s staff accountants and our small business clients. The right candidate possesses a mindset that thinks proactively and analytically to spot accounting issues for our Clients. Our Clients rely on our expertise in providing timely and accurate financial statement preparation. We assist our business owner clients to maximize their profits and reduce their tax burden.

    Duties:

    Maintain bank feeds in QuickBooks Online
    Manage online banking & credit card transactions
    Statement reconciliation
    Loan amortizations
    Payroll processing
    Accounts payable and accounts receivable

    Minimum Education & Experience:

    Associate Degree in Accounting
    3 years in public accounting
    Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online with experience in business bookkeeping for multiple entities
    Solid understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping principles for financial statement preparation
    Experience using multiple cloud-based software, apps and mobile devices simultaneously
    Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email, text and telephone while adhering to standards for ethics and confidentiality
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Teams
