Total Kaos Commitment

 

As a participant of Total Kaos Team (TK), I along with my wrestler(s) will abide by the following:

Facility:

I will follow facility rules, such as no drinking, smoking, vaping, or using any drugs or substance while on the premises. I will assist in maintaining the facility clean by picking up after myself and my children. Along with sitting in designated areas, bringing my own chair, and being respectful of others with whom we may be sharing the practice facility.

Monthly Dues:

I agree to pay the $70 (Little Hulks $50) in monthly dues by the 5th of each month. I understand that my wrestler(s) may not be allowed to participate in club events, including practice, until dues are up to date.

*Siblings will incur a monthly fee of $40 per sibling.

**Wrestlers participating in multiple sports have the option to pay a $10 drop-in fee,per practice, As an alternative to paying the monthly fee noted above.

Parent Participation:

I will be responsible for assisting in:

• Cleaning and sanitizing wrestling equipment
• Participating in mandatory fundraisers
• Sitting with the team at tournaments

Fundraisers:

Funds collected will be used to fund sanitation products, training equipment, season activities, trophies, coaching, specialized training and is beneficial for all wrestlers throughout the season.

• Mandatory Fundraiser - Super Bowl Squares. I will be responsible for selling (3) $50 squares. If all squares are sold out, it will be my responsibility to pay out the buyout fee of $150.
• I will participate in additional fundraisers by either working hours, meeting requirements, or choosing the option to buy out.

*Pay out fee will be based on fundraiser type and will be announced accordingly.

Fundraisers - Little Hulks ONLY:

No fundraising is necessary for wrestlers participating in Little Hulks program, which will exclusively run during September and October. Upon program completion, coaches will have the discretion to promote wrestlers they believe are prepared for advancement. Should a Little Hulk wrestler choose to join the Team (TK) after the Little Hulk program, they will be expected to actively participate in team fundraising (noted above).

Practice Schedule / Band App:

I will be expected to stay connected through the Band app to follow all updates, practice times and days. Practice schedule is subject to change based on coaches' discretion and tournament preparation. It is also my responsibility to check in through the Band app when advised to do so by the team for attendance and participation records.

*My wrestler(s) can attend external practices as long as they don't conflict with TK practices.

Tournament Attire:

Wrestlers are expected to wear a TK singlet at all team-participation tournaments. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary measures including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent suspension issud by a TK Coach or Board Member.

Trophy Eligibility:

Wrestlers need to have participated in a minimum of (5) designated team tournaments to be eligible to receive a trophy. Please make sure to check in with your wrestler's name and photo on the Band App on the days of tournaments to receive credit for attendance.

Dress Code:

Due to the nature of the sport, it is crucial to wear clothing that provides the most skin coverage during practice. This will minimize the contraction and spread of skin infections, such as ring worm and impetigo. I will ensure my wrestler(s) are wearing:

• long sleeve shirt
• pants/leggings/workout pants/sweats, etc.
• appropriate wrestling shoes. I fully understand the importance of proper dress code to reduce the spread of skin infections.

To provide the best learning environment for all wrestlers and continue to grow as a team it is important to have effective communication between Total Kaos board and parents.
