Large equipment move-in: Wednesday, January 17: noon – 5p.m.
Agri-Business Trade Show move-in: Thursday, January 18: 8a.m. – 7p.m.
Cattle Exhibitor move-in: Thursday, January 18: 8a.m. – 7p.m.
Move-Out Details
January 20, 5p.m. show closes and tear out can start.
No early dismantle permitted.
All Exhibitor move-out must be completed by January 21 at noon.
Gates on Exhibition Drive will be opened at 5p.m. on Saturday for move-out.
Show Office Hours
January 17: noon – 5p.m.
January 18: 9a.m. – 7p.m.
January 19 & 20: 8a.m. – 7p.m.
January 21: 9a.m. – noon
Exhibitor Access Gate
Main Entrance on the west end of the parking lot is the only exhibitors’ gate to use – for both move-in, and the event days.
Truck & Trailer Parking
Vehicle passes will be in your packages and MUST be visible at all times in order to gain access/park in the back of the CRE facility in designated areas. Once an exhibitor has unloaded, all trailers and trucks are to be parked in the designated areas only. No blocking of doorways or driveways – violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Exhibitor Packages
Exhibitor Packages will be available for pickup at the Show office, located in the lobby of the CRE Main Arena, starting on Wednesday, January 17.
Exhibitor Passes
Two Exhibitor Passes are provided to each exhibitor.
Exhibitors using the Exhibitors’ Gate during the event must present pass/vehicle passes to gate attendants. Additional passes will be issued at $5.00 each.
Booth Location
CRE Main Arena will house both livestock and Agri-Business Trade Exhibitors.
Bull Congress Show Management reserves the right to relocate exhibits if adjustments to the floorplan are required.
What’s Included
Two (2) – folding chairs.
One (1) – 8' table with black linens.
One (1) – power outlet.
Two (2) – Exhibitor Passes, additional passes can be purchased at the Show Office.
Free WIFI network available.
Application Deadline
Agri-Business Trade Show Exhibitors have limited space at the event and applications will be reviewed and accepted as they are received.
Important Notes
Priority will be given to livestock equipment, supplies and agriculture focused business services and associations.
Displays, booth signage & products should be professional and well-presented.
Booths require staffing during the hours of operation.
Exhibitors are not permitted to do business outside of their allocated booth space.
Insurance
Confirmation of liability insurance is mandatory; please have the completed insurance papers accompany all entries and registrations. Agri-Business Trade Show Exhibitors coverage is from January 17, 2024 to January 22, 2024 (for large equipment covering mandatory early move-in).
Payment
Payment in full, insurance papers and all other entry papers that are applicable must be submitted by December 15, 2023.
An entry will not be considered until all information and monies are received.
