  • Important Vendor Information

    The event starts at 2pm on June 15, 2024  and ends at 7pm.

    All Vendor Spaces are 12ft space.  We do not supply electricity, tents, tables or chairs!

    All Vendors must check in between 12pm and 1pm at The new Folcroft Municipal Complex.


    No vehicles will be allowed in vendor area after 1:30 pm

    All Tents must be weighted down!


    Vending Spaces are one size 12’ X 10’ If you need a larger space, you have to pay for two spaces. 


    All vendors will be given an assigned space and we cannot give your assign space number before checking in on the evening of the event. 

    Rain Date June 16 at the same times.  However we do reserve the right to move the event indoors if necessary.


    Vendor fees will not be refunded if you decide to cancel or not show up

  • FOOD & ALCOHOL

    All Food vendors must have a Safe Serve and provide a copy with application.  

    Food Vendors must be registered with the county.

    All food vendors  will be placed in the Food Court.  

    All Vendors (food and general) Are Not Permitted to Bring Your Own Alcohol to Drink or Sell!  

    We do not encourage non food vendors to give food or beverages

    Payment by Credit Card on our website (www.folcroftborough.com)

    under parks and recreation or by check to Folcroft Borough only

  • Should be Empty:
