We are now accepting pre-registrations for families interested in enrolling their children once we officially open.

• An enrollment form is required for all students participating in the program.

• The Doris Wiles Center of Hope Foundation provides a structured, supervised environment during scheduled program hours. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safe arrival and timely pick-up.

• No early drop-offs are permitted. Children may not be dropped off or left at the Center before their scheduled program start time. Staff supervision begins at the designated program start time.

• Children may only leave the program early with prior parent/guardian permission or approved sign-out. The Center is not responsible for any child once they have been officially signed out.

• Program sessions end promptly at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging timely pick-up. The Doris Wiles Center of Hope Foundation cannot provide supervision outside of scheduled program hours.

• By enrolling, parents/guardians agree to follow all program policies and procedures to help ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all youth.

• Only individuals authorized by the parent or guardian may pick up a child from the After School Program.

Written notification is required if someone other than a parent/guardian will be picking up the child.

• All students attending the After School Program are expected to follow all program rules and guidelines. Behavioral concerns may result in parent notification and possible suspension from the program.

• Students who are sick, have a fever, or show signs of contagious illness may not attend the program.

• This program is open to students currently enrolled in the Beloit School District and TLA District, grades 4K–12.

Payment is per household.

If enrolling multiple children, please submit an enrollment form for each child first. Each child must have their own form for identification and verification purposes.

Once all forms have been submitted, please complete one payment per family/household.

Payment is required to secure your child(ren)’s spot.
