This form includes:

- Hotel

- All inclusive resort

- Cruise

- Pet boarding

- Airport transfer

- Disney Resort

* The initial $350.00 consultation fee includes up to the first 4 people in your party. For each additional person beyond the initial 4, there will be an additional fee of $40.00 per person.

- Additional fees may apply based on the research selections.

Your consultation fee will cover:

- The consultation fee encompasses the dedicated time allocated to conduct thorough research and meticulous planning of your luxurious vacation. Additionally, it includes comprehensive support, including booking your trip, addressing any inquiries promptly, making necessary adjustments, and providing any other assistance required. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients, from the time they book their trip until their return home after their vacation.

If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort vacation, your price will include the following: roundtrip flights, all inclusive resorts, roundtrip airport transportation, and unlimited food and drinks. Standard pricing may start around $2500.00 per person at a minimum. However, this can vary based on the destination.

If you are considering planning a cruise, prices typically commence at approximately $400.00 per person for a 2 or 3 day cruise with an interior cabin. However, it is important to note that prices tend to increase proportionally to the duration of the cruise and the type of cabin selected.

For any domestic vacations within the United States, your pricing will include the following: flight + hotel. Standard pricing may start around $1,500.00 per person.

Kindly note that these prices are standard and can serve as a reference for planning your luxurious vacation.
Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance Protection: Travel Insurance Protection is highly recommended in order to protect clients from risking certain situations that could cause their trip to be canceled, delayed, and/or interrupted due to unplanned circumstances which can potentially result in a loss of not only time but also money. The cost of the insurance is nonrefundable and will be added to your deposit.
I understand that final payments are typically due within 30 - 45 days prior to departure. This means any travel dates within this time frame will require full payment at the time of booking. However, if my travel dates are outside of the 30 - 45 day window, I will have the option to choose a payment plan.

I understand that pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a deposit and or full payment is made in order to secure my trip. Therefore there is no set date on when the payment is due. In addition, changing departure cities, dates, and or number of travelers can also change package pricing.
I have read and understand the Annual Travel Planning Availability Policy.
Please be advised that I will be unavailable for travel during the following dates each year due to scheduled vacation:
- July 1 - July 22
- September 3 - Septemer 10
- December 10 - December 31
These dates are recurring annually and will remain in effect each year.

If your requested travel dates fall within any of the periods listed above, you will be required to select alternate travel dates outside of these timeframes.

Should you choose to proceed with travel planning for dates that fall within these periods, please note that the travel planning fee will be nonrefundable. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to assisting you with travel arrangements during my available dates.
