Caprikrn Group offers a tiered system for associated brokers or traders based on their level of disclosure of financial information, compliance standards, turnover, and other factors. The tiers are as follows
TIER SYSTEM FOR ASSOCIATED BROKERS OR TRADERS*
1. BLUE TIER: Brokers or traders who join the Blue Tier must provide basic information about their business and confirm their compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In exchange for their participation, they will receive access to general information about Caprikrn Group's commodities and pricing.

2. SILVER TIER: Brokers or traders joining the Silver Tier must provide more detailed financial information and evidence of their compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In exchange for their participation, they will receive more detailed information about Caprikrn Group's commodities and pricing.

3. PREMIUM TIER: Brokers or traders who join the Premium Tier must provide the most detailed financial information and evidence of their compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, they must demonstrate a history of successful transactions with Caprikrn Group. In exchange for their participation, they will receive the highest level of information about Caprikrn Group's commodities and pricing. The commission percentage for future sales will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and will be the highest of all three tiers. Furthermore, they will be entitled to display the certified partner of Caprikrn Group badge on their website or corporate documents.

Please be advised that by submitting this onboarding form to become a partner with Caprikrn Group, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tier-Dependent Requirements: Depending on the tier you have selected as a partner, Caprikrn Group will send you an email outlining the specific documents and information required to complete your onboarding process. The level of documentation and information requested may vary based on the chosen partnership tier.
Right to Reject or Downgrade: Caprikrn Group reserves the right to reject or downgrade any partnership application based on the information provided in this onboarding form. This decision may be made at the discretion of Caprikrn Group and is not subject to appeal. Reasons for rejection or downgrade may include but are not limited to, incomplete or inaccurate information, failure to meet the eligibility criteria for the selected tier, or discrepancies that raise concerns about the suitability of the partnership.
Privacy and Confidentiality: The information provided in this onboarding form will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used to evaluate your partnership application. Caprikrn Group will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent except as required by law.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in this onboarding form. Any discrepancies or inaccuracies may lead to the rejection or downgrade of your application.
Timely Submission: It is your responsibility to submit all required documents and information in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays in the onboarding process or the rejection of your application.

By submitting this onboarding form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to abide by them. Caprikrn Group reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to you in writing.
