Please double check that I am the appropriate artist for your particular concept. You can find my work on my instagram (@j.quirk).
I will have the final design ready for you on the day of your visit. We will then have time to review and make any changes to the design if needed. Designs are not sent in advance to prevent theft.
I do not tattoo other artist's work without explicit written permission from the original artist.
I require a non-refundable ($50 minimum) deposit for all appointments, which goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. Your deposit will only be forfeited if you no-show on the day of your appointment or have waited over a year to put it toward a tattoo.
I typically charge $175 per hour. Devotion Tattoo's shop minimum is $100.
I require all my clients to wear a mask (preferrably KN95 or better) while in the shop. A KN95 or N95 will be provided by Devotion if you do not bring your own.
PLEASE contact me and let me know if you need to reschedule, and I will happily accommodate you. Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling ill IN ANY WAY. If possible, please give me at least 48 hours notice upon cancellation so I can plan ahead.
Please also note that I am disabled and may not push through discomfort as much as other tattooers you may have worked with. I ask that you trust and respect my process and limitations so I can deliver my best work to you.
Due to limited availability, some dates are initially sent to multiple people. My policy is: the first deposit and response received for a given date gets that date.
Once this form is filled out, you will receive an email from jquirktattoo@gmail.com for more information. I try to answer inquiries within 2 weeks, but may sometimes take longer. I apologize for this, but I care very much about cultivating work-life balance and decompression time. Please be patient with me!
