  • KINN & Co is bringing markets back to the heart of Subiaco.

    We invite you to join us for the return of the highly anticipated 'Subi Night Market' - featuring Perth's best food trucks and a delightful entertainment program every Saturday evening in spectacular Subiaco.

    Think the buzz of Central Park New York City and Hyde Park London, think balmy evenings walking through a European village atmosphere and meeting friends and family in the park to eat, drink, shop and discover - each visit inspiring and creating  connections.

    Located in Subi’s iconic Market Square (opposite Subiaco Oval) in the lush green surrounds.

    Also featuring, Artists in residence, live music,  a pop up bar and exciting spaces to connect, meet and gather with family and friends.

    Your Subi Saturday night starts here.... Subi Night Market will operate weekly from September to April and become an iconic staple on the Perth events calendar attracting over 5,000 people each week - a must do for locals, visitors and tourists alike. 

    These markets will take place every Saturday night from 7 September 2024 - 12 April 2025 between 5pm and 9pm.

    This is an expression of interest form only and does not guarantee a place at Subi Night Market.

    Stallholders will only be notified by email if their submission has been accepted for the upcoming season. Fields marked with an asterix (*) are mandatory.

    Fees

    Food Stall 3m x 3m or Vehicles = $390 + GST

    Coffee, Beverage & Dessert Stalls 3m x 3m or Vehicles = $180 + GST

    Retail Stall 3m x 3m = $80 + GST

    Brand Activation = Price on Application

     ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN SILENCED GENERATORS - no mains power available on site.

  • If you do not have a website or social media presence, please provide images of your product via email markets@kinnandco.com Please include branding / logos. This information will be used in the selection process and promotion of the markets.
     


  • Food & Beverage Stallholders

    All food & beverage vendors are required to supply documentation under the public health act and City of Subiaco bylaws for food compliances with all safety regulations concerning the preparation, storage, display and sale of food and beverages. If you intend to sell food and/or drinks, you must submit an "Application to Sell Food at Events" to the City of Subiaco. This application must be submitted to City of Subiaco a minimum of 4 weeks prior to trading.   • A copy of your Food Act 2008 Certificate of Registration and other permits maybe required. Successful applicants will be advised of these requirements in due course.

  • Insurance

    All stallholders are required to provide a current certificate of a minimum $10 million Public Liability insurance. It is highly recommended that all stallholders have insurance for the products, especially if selling food.

    To assist our administration process with refunds due to any cancellations during the season, can you please provide your bank account details? These are kept in confidence and securely protected.

  • Agreement

    I certify that I have read, understood and agreed to abide by the Subi Night Market terms and conditions as attached and outlined above. I understand that if I, or any of my staff, do not comply with the rules and regulations, I may be asked to leave the event site or be liable for any resulting damage to equipment, the venue or people. I agree to comply with the Market management directives. I, as the owner / operator of the stall, hereby indemnify the event for any loss, damage, liability or any other action in any way resulting from my stall application or use of my stall site area.
