    Pray for Missionaries
  • Week 4: Missionaries in the midst of spiritual warfare

“God, you fight for us! Please be with the missionaries and give them courage and faith to fight any spiritual warfare before them. They may feel defeted when their ministry seems to be fruitless. They may face rejection or opposition from others. Lord, help them stand firm, tear down the strongholds of Satan and smash the plans of Satan that have been formed against them. When they feel lonely ministering in a country far from home, may they find comfort in Your arms. They face ups and downs and wins and losses in their work. We pray that they might respond with long suffering. We pray all this in the victorious name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”

  • Week 3: Missionaries in hostile countries that persecuted Christians

“Our Lord Almighty! You are the God of missionaries. Many of them strive to preach the Gospel to heretics in hostile countries that are resistant to the gospel, such as Islamic countries. Their work is difficult. They constantly face harassment and persecution from the government. There is a risk of being arrested and imprisoned. They are exposed to the possibility of danger and personal harm. Lord, may you grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding, and wisdom to serve You in an unstable society. May You watch over them, keep them safe, remove from before them any snares of Satan. We pray in Jesus’ victorious name. Amen.”
