Membership Cancellation Request
Please submit this for at least 10 days prior to your next billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in a delay in cancellation causing you to be charged for the next month. Upon completion you will receive cancellation agreement sent to the email listed on your account. The email will show the end date of your membership. You will have access until the day provided, but please be sure to bring your key fob to the front desk staff on your last visit to the gym and/or before the end date.
