Welcome to Jemma's Bakes! I am currently based in Birmingham (B4). Please read all the information below before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me :)
How to order:
This form is to place orders for collection only. Once you choose your products, you will be able to choose the flavours and a collection slot on the next pages. More information about the different flavours can be found here or by clicking the link in my Instagram bio.
The collection address will be sent via text the day before pickup. Orders should be placed by Thursday 3 PM each week to guarantee availability.
After completing this form, you will receive an automatic email containing order information, an invoice, and payment instructions. If you would like to make any changes, or would like a collection slot outside of these hours, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll try my best to accomodate you.
Payments are non-refundable and must be sent via bank transfer before collection or delivery, latest by Thursday 5 PM. Once payment has been received, please allow up to 24 hours for an order confirmation email. Remember that your order is not confirmed until you receive this.
