My coaching space is a place where you will be held in your fullness. In our sessions, we will work with the body & subconscious, excavating the blocks, shadows, and patterns that keep you from embodying your full power. It's a deep work, where you'll be pushed out of your comfort zone (but not into your panic zone). For that to happen, I need us to co-create the space together and to commit to your own growth. I work with women who are ready to lead themselves and take responsibility for their life. This also means to be radically honest with yourself and your strategies of self-sabotage, to call yourself out, and sometimes feel uncomfortable feelings.* This field is required.

I currently offer trauma-informed, high-touch mentoring in a somatic 1:1 container. This space includes weekly deep-dive sessions and full access to a powerful library of videos, audios and integration practices via my practice portal Soma Sanctuary. Voice and text support (Tue–Fri) is available as an optional add-on for those who want close, in-between guidance. This is not traditional therapy – and it’s not a quick fix either. It’s a space for profound nervous system rewiring, relational healing, and embodied self-leadership that will continue to unfold long after our time together.
