In-depth somatic + relational 1:1 Mentoring for heart-led women
Hello dear one, this is the first step toward working together inside HEART ON FIRE, my somatic relational 1:1 mentoring for deeply sensitive, ambitious women who have done the therapy and are ready to be seen in their depth, in love and paid well in their soul work.
The questions below are designed to give you clarity about where you stand and what you want to shift in your life for good.

Who I work with
You’re driven, phenomenal at what you do and deeply sensitive. You carry deep medicine, and part of you still believes someone this sensitive isn’t made for being visible online. How we work together
HEART ON FIRE is a 3-6-month somatic + relational 1:1 mentorship. The timeframe is intentional: real rewiring happens through consistency and small doses, not through one-time breakthroughs that fade. We work in your rhythm — slow, deep, and inside your window of tolerance — while your life and soul work keep moving.
In our time, we dive deep together into building nervous system + emotional capacity to hold more love, success and abundance, rewiring of your attachment patterns and survival strategies, identity and finding and speaking your true voice. You'll start to work with life again, instead of against it, build the deepest, embodied trust and tap back into the magic and flow you came here for.
What this is not: This is not psychotherapy — although I'm trained as a trauma-informed psychotherapist and bring the depth, skill and knowledge to hold you at that level. I don't work with people in active crisis. This process asks for self-responsibility, commitment and self-reliability. Wobbles will come up — and I'll guide you through them. But this program isn't for someone in deep crisis looking to return to stability, or to where she's been before. It's for the woman who wants to go where she hasn't gone before, with a mentor by her side who can hold her there on every level: somatic, nervous system, relational, emotional, identity and mindset.
The mentorship includes
- 3 x 60 min Deep Dive Somatic Sessions per month (min. 3 months)
- Held between sessions: light text + voice messenger support Mon–Thu
- Soma Sanctuary Online Portal: over 8+ hours of video content, somatic & ceremonial work, guided practices, rituals and in-depth workbooks (3 or 6 month access incl. updated content)
- Optional: Business support - access to business resources to create offers that sell, messaging that lands & deep dive into your specialization to start making consistent sales
My approach
I bring 9+ years in-depth skills and knowledge in coaching + therapeutic work, nervous system work, capacity building, trauma integration, identity and shadow work and attachment rewiring — trained as a holistic psychotherapist in Germany (Heilpraktiker Psychotherapie), Somatic Experiencing® (a 3-year trauma training), attachment-based therapy, dance therapy, transpersonal coaching, rebirthing breathwork, yoga and traditional tantra. Additionally I also have 8 years of expertise in corporate marketing roles. I weave this together with my intuitive gifts, womb work and shamanic teachings.
This work doesn't stay on the analytical, mental level. We work with the body, the nervous system and the emotions, so change actually lands in every area of your life. Most of what's holding you back isn't fixed with a mindset shift: the inner parts and patterns that have protected you for years have to be addressed and they live inside your subconscious, body, nervous systems and the emotions that always felt too much. We meet the root of your dysregulation and build the capacity so that your being can actually hold the vision for your life.

- Relating and intimacy: staying rooted with yourself while in connection — in love, with clients, in conflict
- Identity and embodiment: healthy boundaries, holding and speaking your truth, visibility, voice
- Womb, pleasure and feminine embodiment: as ground, intuition and creative life-force that infuses your work + creations
- Your soul work in form - building a clear specialization, audience, offers, content, messaging (optional)
- You will leave with inner shifts, clear direction and practical actions that align with both your current capacity and long-term goals
Investment
Investment for 2026 is 1200 € / 1990 AUD per month - for a minimum commitment of 3 months.
