Upon successful meet and greet you will be asked to sign an adoption form and pay the relevant adoption fee. We offer a two week trial to ensure that the cat is the right fit for your family. If the cat is returned during the trial period we will refund 50% of the adoption fee. The refund will be processed via EFT and may take 10-20 days. We will always take our cats back any time after the trial period if your situation changes however there will be no refund after the trial period. Do you understand and agree to this?
