Music License for an Entertainment Venue
Welcome to AllTrack’s self-serve music licensing portal for businesses. This license applies to venues that primarily host events where live music is performed (e.g. concerts, background live music, DJs, etc.) and/or recorded music is played (streaming, background, TVs, etc.). Under the United States Copyright Act, businesses are required to properly license the right to host live music performances and/or play recorded music on their premises. AllTrack issues blanket performance licenses to businesses to comply with these requirements and distributes the related proceeds to its affiliated songwriters, composers, producers and music publishers in the form of royalties.
